You Anytime As an Applied Network Solutions client, you’ll have access
to our onsite services 24 hours a day – 7 days a week – 365
days a year. If something should occur after business hours, an on-call
IT Manager will respond as quickly as possible. Upon receiving your call,
we will begin the “Help Desk” process to resolve the issue
remotely. If we need to come to your office, we will. Once again, this
is a simple, pay per use service – billed hourly.
